The name on my birth certificate is Michael Gomez. However my name changes according to who you're talking to. Generally speaking I'm a mad man who surprises himself and others at random times. My interest and the things I'm passionate about changes threw out the years but writing is something that I have always loved and it will never leave my heart. My hobbies include learning, music, growing and contradicting myself by being lazy and then regretting it. If a genie offered me a wish, just one wish, and I couldn't get instant money or fame, it would be to start my life over with the mentality I have now. Life is a growing process and many times I say to myself "Dammit if only I knew what I know now ten years ago".
School and writing for me has been a complete paradox. Whenever I speak to a writer, I feel as though I'm talking to someone who knows the language I'm using to communicate with them. It's like an instant bond. But to the "outsiders" who live away from philosophical, and open minded free thinking I'm just a ghost in the shadows.
Currently I'm attending LaGuardia to obtain a Writing and Literature liberal arts degree to someday be an English teacher. Let's see how that works out.
